This year we went to Elmo again. Kailey's 5th year to go. Its Zach's 2nd year to go. This year is was Elmo's Healthy Heroes.

I got Kailey and Zach their own personalized shirts of their favorite character.

Kailey was excited for the show to begin but she was preoccupied about her loose tooth. It was very loose and bothering her and she won't let us pull it. It finally feel out while shopping after Elmo. Its her third tooth to fall out.

 Zach was preoccupied with Kailey's new light up Elmo. It entertained him for awhile but he tried to throw it so he had to put it up.

  Let the show begin. It was a good show this year. However, it didn't entertain Zach to long. He stayed still for about the first 30 minutes and then he was wanted down and set on the bar that we were setting in front of. (Note to self don't get seats in front of rail next year.)

The kids had fun. Glad Dad got to go, he was sick last year. Not sure how much longer Kailey will enjoy coming to Elmo but we will probably go until she says she doesn't want to go anymore. Zach might have to stay home next year if he is anymore adventurous as he was this year. He was quite the handful.



Wordless Wednesday

Spring Soccer has sprung

Spring Soccer has started. Kailey wanted to play again, she got on the same team with the same group of girls which I think is good. She was alittle better today going out and practicing with out me being right there beside her. I hope this season goes alittle better and we have less breakdowns. They are only practicing twice a week for 30 to 45 minutes so maybe that will help with the girls having break downs.

The girls had a good practice, I think. Kailey is hoping to make a goal this season. Kailey did a good job at practice tonight.

 Zach and I stayed in the car because the wind was horrible and I didn't feel like chasing him all over the field because he doesn't know the meaning of stop.  I think the girls did more chasing the ball than anything. Its officially Spring and its windy. Its suppose to be windy all week.

I was very surprised Kailey didn't throw a fit because we stayed in the car, but I think she did better with me in the car. Hopefully it will continue that way, practice will be so much easier so I won't have to chase after Zach.

Wednesday was Uncle D's birthday party. He is 24 years old. Makes me feel real old.

Spring forward Fall back

We loss an hour of sleep and got a extra hour of  daylight. Zach already is feeling the effect. He didn't get up until 10:00 this morning, I don't think he has ever slept in this much. He keeps yawning, so I think he is feeling the effect of the time change. It was nice for because I got to sleep in the first day of Spring Break. We don't have any plans for Spring Break,Aunt Ash is home so thats our entertainment and playmate. The last couple of days have been eventful  enough for us. Nana was in the er all day Friday with uti and not feeling well we finally got released and got her home. She is doing much better but still has been having migraine headaches. Hopefully we can get her into a doctor this week and get her uti's straighten out. She has been having way to many in the last few months. Grandpa was in the hospital all this last week with shingles. So no hospitals for awhile. Nana took off the end of the week so maybe we can go shopping or something over the Spring Break but other than that we are staying home and resting. I have a craft show that I am trying to get somethings done for and I have an order to finish by the middle of the week so I don't know how much rest I'll get.

Some milestones that I want to document before I forget. Zach is talking alot more lately and loves to say the dreaded word NO and he says it so mean. She also is saying DON'T. Two words that I'm not really liking. But he has learned to shake his head yes, so that has helped trying to decide what he wants when he is pointing at something. He says little sentences out of the blue. He says do it again. He has also learned how to do knuckles and shake hands. He got his first pair of flip flops and loves them. He thought he was pretty cool with them on. Just wish the weather would make up it mind and stay warm. We are ready for Spring showers and warmer weather.

16 months and counting

Zach is 16 months already. I wanted to blog yesterday but my computer has been messing up and my internet has been acting up to so I haven't had patience to mess with it. So I only going to able to post one picture because its acting up which makes me upset, hopefully I can get the problem figured out so I can get back to bloggin. This picture describes how this last month have gone. Alittle crazy.
     Zach is a ball of energy, he is into everything. Mostly the toilet but seems to get into stuff that he isn't suppose to. He is very fast so you have to keep an eye on him. We will be installing an alarm on our door because he has escaped a few times. He is a mess but I love him. He has been Kailey's shadow for the past couple of weeks. Monkey see monkey do. He can't wait for Kailey to get out of school. School is one word his has been saying the last couple of days. I want school, where's school? He will say that over and over. He says Nana really good now, and he loves to sing Justin Bieber's baby baby song. He will just belt it out anytime of the day. Its really cute. I have tried to catch it on video but he won't do it on command.  He is still in size 5 diapers, size 6 shoes, growing out of his 18 months clothes and some 24 months are getting alittle tight. He is still sleeping all night and drinking his bottle. He has been drinking more out of a sibby but still likes his bottle. He loves green beans, and rice and corn dogs and chocolate.  He loves to spin and race Kailey and play outside. It is warming up and I can't keep inside. We are going to have to do some major yard work so I can just throw him outside.
 

March already?

We haven't been up to much lately but it seems like we are going and going all the time. It has been a long week it seems. I think mostly because Kailey has made it thru a whole week of school without any sickness. She had to go back to have more blood drawn after being told her potiassium was low. I still haven't heard back from doctor so hopefully no news is good news. I am planning on calling him back tomorrow to see what he thinks. She is on a 12 day antibotic and a steroid so hopefully this round of antibotics will get the infection that is causing her to be sick. She has been sick since Jan 12th off and on with a fever, mostly spiking at night but feeling fine other than complaining on her body aching and coughing. But the cough is done and she seems to be doing better still tired and gettting worn out but hopefully we will get her healthy. He allergy season that seems to be the worse is almost coming to an end. Her allergies are usually bad between Nov thru April. We hate allergies.
    I am entered in a local craft show so my hobby has turned into a job. There is alot I need to get finished by April 16th. But I am super excited about doing it and doing it with two of my best friends. March is already here and I am sure it will go by fast just like February did. Just a quick blog, my internet has been messing up and I haven't been able to upload pics without trouble and my internet hasn't worked the last two nights. So goodbye February hello March.
